Di Ting Hall
The Diting Hall is located in a secluded corner of the back mountain of Jiuhua Mountain, not very conspicuous. The temple buildings are built against the mountain, with green tiles and red eaves hidden among the ancient pines and cypresses. The morning bells and evening drums echo through the secluded valley, adding to the serene atmosphere of this Buddhist sanctuary. Inside the hall is enshrined a statue of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, symbolizing the great vow of "I will not attain Buddhahood until hell is empty."
